1. Will hotel accommodations be included in the fee?

No. All hotel arrangements are separate from the conference fee. Hotel
arrangements must be made on your own.
2. Is lunch accommodations included in the fee for days of the event?
No. All meals are on your own and not included in the conference
registration fee. The Shilo Innl will have a designated lunch set up for the conference particpants from 12pm to 1pm. Participants will be able to purchase their meal tickets each at the conference for the followings prices which is inclusive of all taxes:
$6.00 for Children ages 3 through 12
$10.00 for ages 13 and up
 Shilo Inn will have a representative on-site selling meal tickets in the morning ONLY and please note that the tickets are the responsibility of each purchaser.
The meal will include a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, tea and water. A nice variety of cookies will also be provided with your meal.

3. What will be taking place each night?
Thursday- Praise & Worship, Teaching and Instruction (Guest Speaker)
Friday- Praise & Worship, Teaching and Instruction (Guest Speaker) and
Graduation for Karar International Worship Academy Students
Saturday- Ministry of the Arts night. Everything taught at workshops
during the day will be ministered Saturday evening.

4. Do Directors of groups pay to attend the conference?
Yes. There is a group discount rate provided for teams/groups of five or
more dancers/participants. (cut-off is June 16, 2012, I encourage all to
take advantage of this).

5. Are groups expected to wear their uniforms?
Yes, this is a dance conference and all participants are expected to
come prepared to dance in their praise dance or worship attire.

Thursday & Friday: both morning /evening: regular praise/worship dance
garments.

Saturday morning: Conference T-shirt over nice loose fitting black jazz
pants and dance shoe/sneaker (if you do not have this--please feel free
to come as you are).

Saturday evening: Attire is Sunday's best praise/worship dance garment
fit for the KING!
PLEASE! No food or drinks (other than water) are permitted in the
facility.
You are "FREE" to bring your water bottles.
